I wanted to send a thank you email to those who came to our Medieval Banquet evening. I have already received lots of lovely messages that are extremely humbling. We do it all for the love of our animals, so by coming to support our event you’ve helped our animals and sanctuary.
I can’t say the night went 100% smoothly, like all events there was stress and technical hiccups but our team of hardworking and devoted volunteers pushed through to ensure a ‘night of merriment’ was had by all. We had some lovely entertainment and the food was wonderful, a big shout out to our volunteers for preparing the starter and pudding. The main hog roast was provided by the Cob Shop in Coningsby. Personally it was the nicest tasting I’ve ever had!
I would like to apologise for forgetting to select the ‘best dressed’ guest, I saw lots of people wearing incredible outfits and I’m upset it was forgotten. Please accept my apologies for that. We have lots of exciting plans for next year Banquet and I would love to see you again.
