It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved ferret, Bilbo. He crossed the rainbow bridge earlier this week, surrounded by love and warmth.
A beloved member of our centre, Bilbo was more than just a ferret; he was a source of joy for all who had the pleasure of meeting him. Playful, cuddly, and endlessly friendly, Bilbo captured the hearts of visitors with his warm and loving nature. His active participation in our ferret playtime sessions brought smiles and laughter to all ages.
Bilbo sadly had an unknown injury, causing his back legs to be paralysed, after consulting with our local vet, it was decided, for Bilbo's own wellbeing and quality of life, he would be put to sleep.
